The Passionate Pioneer Podcast

Episode 1: fabulous insight into the treacherous journey of moving out of the rat race into alignment with who you are and following your true passion. We experience the world through material things and yet, our true experience with the world is inward. Its easy to push it to one side and forget what we are really here for and some are never aware that life has an even higher purpose than pure survival. This story today has reminded me of myself, except that I ran straight back to the outer world of work to pay bills and survive. But surviving isn't the whole story of life. Thanks to Beth and Melissa, I've been reminded today. Gave me the boot up the backside to start again. Thanks! 💕

Just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration in the podcast. I loved hearing Connie’s transformation story in episode 2. Somehow it helps strengthen my ‘knowing’ and confidence about my own move to business. It was a really grow-full 45 minutes so well spent! Excellent stuff 💕

Inspirational! Thanks for this uplifting content. I started up my therapeutic coaching business last year as a solo-entrepreneur, after being with a large organisation you can feel a bit lonely not being in a team - cos I am the team! So I love hearing women talking about change or those who have made the leap. It brings a sense of of being in community. I also find hearing about coaches further along their journey than I am in mine, really helpful. Thank you for the time and care you offer in making these podcasts X

Entrepreneurship has often been viewed as a male-dominated field, but women have become increasingly successful in the business world, breaking down barriers and challenging stereotypes. In recent years, there has been a surge in the number of women-owned businesses. In this podcast, Episode Six of The Passionate Pioneer, Mia discusses her personal journey to becoming a successful female entrepreneur, as well as the barriers she had to navigate through and overcome. This podcast highlights the unique traits held by successful female entrepreneurs. For example, their ability to network, to seek out mentors and advisors who can provide guidance and support, and their ability to leverage their networks to find new opportunities and collaborations. Another important trait is their willingness to take risks and persevere in the face of failure - overcoming the fear and negative self talk that women tend to have. Mia talks about a fear of failure, and says that feeling like she may not have what it takes was something that she had to silence and overcome. Mia also talks about the process she went through when figuring out what business to start and the steps she took to find support to start her business. It is very inspiring to hear what inspired Mia to want to start her own business and the obstacles she faced and overcame on her journey. There is a need for women to continue to empower and support other women who may feel like they can’t succeed in a male dominated society and this podcast successfully demonstrates an example of that happening.

Inspirational! “I’m so hooked on this show! I resonate with pieces of each woman’s story that have been shared here. It is truly inspiring and encouraging to hear how knowing yourself, trusting your intuition, and “following the breadcrumbs” have lead so many women to living a life they love!”
